The biggest and most challenging project we’ve undertaken started with not only a partial foundation collapse but also the realization that the previous owner, in an effort to maximize rental income severely compromised the structure by removing a significant amount of structural lumber to accommodate a third unit to convert this home into a triplex. 90% of the framing had to be replaced once the rear foundation was reestablished.
